The O-High Foundation, Inc.

O-High Technologies, LLC., created the O-High Foundation, Inc., which is a 501©(3) non-profit organization located in Long Island, New York dedicated to working in parallel with schools and organizations. We have extended our capacity to prepare minorities by providing affordable authentic STEM programs and opportunities; primarily sponsored with grants, corporate and/or individual contributions.  For students in high-needs schools and/or other underrepresented participants lacking comprehensive STEM resources, we offer a springboard to advantages desired yet, traditionally out-of-reach.

STEM in America: 2022

To meet the projected workforce need of 1 million additional STEM graduates by 2022, and to realize the vision of a highly diverse, creative, and sufficient STEM workforce and a STEM-literate citizenry, the Nation must engage all students.  This effort must include women and minorities who are poorly represented in many STEM fields—despite the fact that these demographic groups comprise more than two-thirds of college students. Failing to engage underrepresented groups will lead to shortfalls in our Nation’s STEM workforce and, more importantly, will prevent the STEM professions from capitalizing on the power of human diversity, an historical strength and competitive edge of the American economy and will deprive some of our citizens from engaging in rewarding and remunerative careers.  (https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/blog/2016/02/11/stem-all)
